Our natural sourdough, where we mix in loads of sunfower seeds and flax seeds. Toasted with jammmmm is the best!

We roast our seeds first. Then we soak our seeds in sourdough starter.
Why? To pull out the best flavor but more importantly, to add moisture to the bread. So it stays nice and soft.

All our artisan bread is made from scratch. Using only a few simple ingredients. Flour, water and salt. And of course a billion or so bacteria.
We are also using traditional methods. Which means long fermentation times to develop the best flavor and nutrients.
